A year ago, a free jailbreak tweak called Peep was released for iPhone users, which allowed jailbroken iPhone users to hide the status bar by tapping on it. Suppose if you have jailbroken your iPhone running iOS 14 and looking for a modern replacement for Peep. In that case, the good news is that a free jailbreak tweak is known as Peep Reborn iOS 14 by iOS developer Paisseon officially reviving the popular idea a while ago.

Like the original Peep jailbreak tweak, new Peep Reborn tweak allows users to hide their status bar with a single tap, and users can bring it back with a single tap for a second time.

As an example, you can see in the screenshot above, before (left) and after(right) installing the tweak, you can see your home screen on your iPhone like that.

Usually, when you do not want to view the status bar, Peep Reborn allows you to hide the status bar from the lock screen and the home screen on demand. Usage varies from person to person, but due to the simplicity of the tweak and ease of use, anyone can hide or show the status bar on demand.
