Battery consumption is something that jailbreakers care about. If you’re also a jailbreaker, it’s not surprising that you’re concerned about your device’s battery consumption. However, to learn more about battery usage, you need to go to the Battery Preferences window in the Settings app. DrainCheck is a new tweak that helps you know how much battery you are losing each night. It’s a jailbreak tweak released by iOS developer Jinsu for those who need a brief battery usage report every morning.

When you go to bed, turn on the do not disturb mode to activate the tweak. Then, when you wake up in the morning, all you have to do is deactivate the do not disturb mode, and you will be notified of battery loss at night by a notification.

In short, the DrainCheck tweak gives you a good idea of how much batteries will be lost overnight when your cell phone is idle.

DrainCheck tweak is not just for sleeping, but during the day, you can use DrainCheck if you want. All you have to do is manually toggle the Do Not Disturb mode. It will then compile a battery usage report and display it on the lock screen or as a notification banner.

DrainCheck helps you monitor battery performance and does not provide detailed information about battery drains. That is, it does not indicate what your battery is consuming. To do this, we recommend an add-on called Dra1n, which can track which jailbreak tweaks are robbing you of battery life.
