However, users who are using iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6S have to update their iOS to iOS 9 or later version. iPhone 6S, iPhone 6s Plus, and the first generation of iPhone SE support iOS 14.
According to Whatsapp, there will be no option to transfer your data between platforms. But, they provide the opportunity to export your history as an email attachment. Every year Whatsapp ends support for older iPhones. In 2020, they stop support dated operating systems like iOS 8 and lower.
