Apple’s phone app is one of the most indispensable apps on your iPhone and includes all your contacts and makes the connection you need to connect with someone. In addition, it contains several tabs for organizing your favorite contacts, recent incoming and outgoing call, missed calls, a keypad for a make a call, and voicemail. Significantly, Apple has provided a search bar for the Contacts tab and alphabet characters on the right to find the required contact alphabetically by default to find the contact you want. But there is no search field in the Recents tab to see the details about the specific contact. Therefore, Searchy is a handy jailbreak tweak by famous iOS developer MIRO92 that adds a search bar into the Recent tab in the Phone app on your jailbroken iPhone to solve the above problem.

It is worth noting that Apple should provide this feature with its upcoming updates. However, this is great, and it feels like a stock feature. Mainly, the tweak offers no options to configure in the settings app.

After installing the tweak, a search bar has been added top of the screen of the Recents tab. Then, you can easily find the contact details you want by doing a simple search with its name. Here, you can see the difference between the Before and After screenshots above.
