Ichitaso, an iOS developer, recently released a free jailbreak tweak called DNDBadges, which always turns your home screen’s app icon badges purple when you activate the Do Not Disturb mode. Also, he has released a similar jailbreak tweak called DNDStatusBar, which changes the status bar to purple instead of badges once you enable the Do Not Disturb mode.
You can see that there is not much to change, as shown in the screenshot example below. The screenshot on the left shows after enabling the tweak and the screen on the right shows the preview before activating the tweak. When Do Not Disturb is enabled, all status bar text and its accompanying glyphs turn purple to indicate that your notifications are silenced under Do Not Disturb mode.
When you turn off Do Not Disturb mode, text and glyphs in your status bar will return to their original colour.
The developer does not provide any other options for configuring the DNDStatusBar. However, since the developer creates these types of Jailbreak Tweaks to accomplish one thing, it does not offer redundant options. That is because these tweaks are very simple.
Also, the DNDStatusBar works well with the old DNDBadges tweak. Therefore, you may have the same purple app icon badges and a purple status bar whenever Do Not Disturb mode is enabled.
DNDStatusBar repo & Download
If you would like to try DNDStatusBar, you can download it for free from Ichitaso‘s repository via your favorite Package Manager. This tweak supports jailbroken iOS12, 13, and 14 devices. If you do not already use Ichitaso‘s repository, you can add it to the Package Manager via the following URL.
