Have you seen a slick animation that displays on your iPhone’s screen when you connect a pair of AirPods, AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max? As well as even Bluetooth headphones such as Beats-branded? However, it’s an excellent add-on, but those using the basic wired EarPods cannot get that experience when they connect their wired EarPods to the iPhone. Sometimes, some may feel a little worried since it does show nothing nice when connecting them to their iPhones. To solve that, iOS developer Donato Fiore has released a new and free jailbreak tweak named BrokePods. It forces an AirPods-inspired pop-up to show on your iPhone’s display when connecting a wired EarPods.
As depicted in the screenshot example below, you will see a pop-up when connecting the wired EarPods. Then, after you connect, you can tap the Done button to dismiss it.
Especially, the tweak doesn’t provide any option to configure the tweak.
